With over 25 years of experience in the UAE, Eladiq has established himself as a trusted legal professional, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Neelain University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Al ZaeimAlazhari University. Eladiq has further honed his expertise through participation in multiple prestigious Trademark and IP law summits, hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.
Throughout his career, Eladiq has amassed extensive practical experience, previously appearing in the UAE RDC Courts when non-locals were permitted to plead. His comprehensive knowledge spans various fields, including Real Estate, Arbitration, Negotiations, Mediation, Electronic Transactions, Industrial Property, Tax Law, Labor Law, Sharia Law, as well as Civil and Criminal Law.
Before joining Accord in 2022, Eladiq served a Federal government body, where he provided legal counsel across various departments for the Northern Emirates, effectively managing a large team of UAE Nationals.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Eladiq also brings conversational proficiency in Russian, a reflection of his diverse experiences during his three years of residency.
