Hailing from Sudan, Khalid earned his LLB with first-class honours from the University of Khartoum, where he made history as the first graduate to receive such distinction, followed by an LLM. His academic excellence and commitment to justice led him to serve as a lecturer before stepping into the role of Judge in the judiciary authority of Khartoum.
